The greatest challenge was meeting the stringent Master Build specification to ensure the builders had the truest, level and plumb steel structure to work from. Achieving this level of accuracy was essential to set up the remainder of the build for success and maintain the exceptionally high standard expected of a Shaw Builders home.

Fabworx supplied, fabricated, and erected the main structural steel required for the award-winning coastal home, forming the backbone of this high-specification build. Our team also delivered the internal and external architectural stairs, including treads and handrails, ensuring seamless integration with Shaw Builders’ detailed finish.
